Sharing Your Album With QR Code

qr-picture-albumThe trend these days is to upload and share your photos into an online album and share it with all your friends. Gone are the days whereby you need to be sitting around in a living room passing around an album with ragged edges from person to person in order to share some really neat travel photos with your family and friends. These days, all you need to do is to sign-up for an online networking site and add your family and friends into them – they can view your photo album as and when they want!

With that said, how does the QR Code fit in?

Well, let’s just say your grandfather is not into Facebook and HE would like to take a look at your pictures….but you’ve given him a web-enabled smart phone that he uses to check his emails. Of course, you’ve pre-installed a QR Code reader into the phone or it comes installed with the latest QR Code reader but he does not know how to use it.

So, this is what happens. Let’s say you’ve created a QR Code using our www.beqrious.com/generator tool ad saved it into your phone, you can share it with him and thereafter, he can view all your online albums whenever he wants without ever having to be a part of any online social networking site because it makes him feel uncomfortable.

Honestly speaking, we get it when people don’t feel comfortable with revealing ALL on sites like that. Others prefer to use Flickr for their pictures. Flickr is less intrusive in a way, and for twitter folks, there’s also Twitpic.

With each of these sites, you’re actually given a URL to your online album. Whether you want to print the QR Code on a card, save it to your phone or print it on a shirt and wear it all around….it’s up to you. Most people would prefer to just print it out on a card and pass it around.

The QR Code is so amazing that it’s mobilized the whole online social networking thing so, sharing your online album is just another spin to it. But to us, it’s a quick and easy way to impart a small (but important) part of your life with others.
